I only spent two days there and was with a group, but I'd say the best you could fit in would be ideal. This way you won't get too much in the way of the tourism trap. It can be relentless there. Good luck to you!

I'm sure you'll be able to find plenty of classes, especially in the cities. Where are you going? You may need to contact your embassy or consulate and notify them of your travel ahead of time. Some places require advance notice. Wonderful place to see. Very difficult to navigate!
